Food products such as honey and noni juice from Niue are subject to FDA prior notice requirements and facility registration. FDA may also conduct port-of-entry sampling. Importers should ensure that Niuean exporters are registered with FDA and that shipments are accompanied by accurate labeling and ingredient documentation consistent with US food safety standards.
