- Email address (required for account creation)
- Name (if provided or obtained via Google OAuth)
- Authentication tokens and session data
Usage data:
- Pages visited and features used
- Search queries
- Watchlist and alert preferences
- While signed in, the actions you take (for example opening a company profile or applying a filter) are recorded against your account; the last time your account was active is kept with it
- Which company profiles you open while signed in is recorded against your account for 12 months. It is visible to us, never to the listing owner
- Aggregate page-view counts per page, with no visitor identity, are kept indefinitely
Technical data:
- IP address and browser type, stored with each sign-in and session refresh. A session ends 30 days after your last visit, and these records are deleted within about a week after that
- Essential sign-in and security cookies
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the USTradeSignals service
- Send transactional emails (verification, password resets)
- Deliver notification emails (watchlist alerts, data digests) you have opted into
- Process subscription payments via Stripe
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product

- Google OAuth — for authentication (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
- Stripe — for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Resend — for transactional email delivery
- Anthropic (Claude) — for AI-powered search and product enrichment
- Plausible Analytics — for cookieless page-view and feature-usage statistics
- Cloudflare — the network every request to this site passes through, and its cookieless Web Analytics for page-load performance
- Sentry — for error reports: the page URL, browser type and the error itself; cookies, credential headers and request bodies are stripped before sending
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, session management and request security only. We set no analytics cookies: the analytics services above are cookieless, and our own usage records are tied to your account only while you are signed in.
