By accessing or using USTradeSignals ("ustradesignals.com"), operated by Fovea.One, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

USTradeSignals provides U.S. import and export trade data sourced from the U.S. Census Bureau, enhanced with AI-powered analytics. The service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, trade data may differ from official Census Bureau publications due to processing timing, rounding, or classification differences. We make no warranty that data is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify critical data points with official sources.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data beyond API rate limits
• Resell or redistribute raw data feeds without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

6. Intellectual Property

The underlying trade data is public domain (U.S. government data). Our analytics, AI-generated insights, UI design, and proprietary scoring algorithms are the property of Fovea.One and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fovea.One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
