Line 5208399000 covers dyed cotton fabrics of 85% or more cotton, not over 200 g/m², that are neither plain weave, 3/4-thread twill, sateen, nor oxford cloth — for example, dobby weaves, leno weaves, or other specialty constructions. Importers using this line should retain a weave-analysis report from an accredited textile lab explaining why the fabric does not fit any of the more specific lines, as CBP may request technical justification during a CF-28 inquiry.
