Heading 9620 covers monopods, bipods, tripods, and similar support articles regardless of the equipment they are designed to support. Even if a tripod is marketed specifically for cameras, it classifies in 9620 rather than as a photographic accessory, because the heading text is broad and the chapter notes do not exclude camera-specific supports.
