Deer meat must be entered under 0208902000, frog's legs under 0208902500, and whole eviscerated quail under 0208903000. Only species not enumerated in those specific lines — such as bison, bear, or kangaroo — should be classified under the NESOI lines 0208909100 or 0208909600. Misclassification into a NESOI line when a specific line exists is a common audit finding.
