End-Use Classification Import Opportunities

Each product receives a composite score combining trade volume and growth rate:

• ln(import_value) rewards large markets on a logarithmic scale, so a $10B market scores higher than a $100M market but not 100x higher.
• growth_rate is the percentage change versus the prior period (month-over-month or year-over-year).
• The 60/40 weighting favors market size over growth, surfacing products that combine meaningful volume with positive momentum.

Products are filtered to national-level HS6 imports only, and require a minimum prior period value of $100K to prevent misleading growth spikes from low-volume products.
