Each machine in a multi-function line should ideally be classified under its most specific heading — milling equipment under 72711, oil-extraction equipment under 72721, and remaining food-processing machines under 72722. If the line is imported as a single integrated system, GRI 2(a) and the essential-character rule may allow classification of the whole under the heading that covers the primary function, but this determination should be confirmed with CBP or a licensed broker before importation.

Technical specifications, manufacturer catalogs, and purchase contracts that describe the machine's design purpose and intended food-industry application are the most effective supporting documents. If the equipment is configurable for non-food uses, CBP may scrutinize the principal-use claim more closely, and a binding ruling request may be warranted to lock in the classification.
