Wrought titanium has been mechanically worked (rolled, drawn, forged, or extruded) into a semi-finished or finished form with defined dimensions and properties, whereas scrap consists of irregular pieces without controlled geometry. Misclassification between wrought product and scrap can affect applicable duty rates and any trade-remedy exposure, so importers should retain producer documentation confirming the manufacturing process.
